## How the switch works

1. 1
   ### Send us what you have now
   Your listing link and a recent owner statement. On a 15-minute call Steve tells you what we would change, what the home should earn, and our fee.
2. 2
   ### Give notice to your current manager
   Under the terms of your current agreement. Tell us the end date and we plan the handover around it, so there is no gap in coverage.
3. 3
   ### We rebuild the listing on our account
   Your Airbnb listing moves to Misfit's account, so it runs under our host record. We use the switch to fix what is costing you bookings: photos, title, captions, and pricing.
4. 4
   ### Bookings carry over
   Reservations already on the calendar are honored or transferred, so guests who booked still get their stay.
5. 5
   ### First 30 days
   Photography reviewed and reshot or reordered where it is costing you clicks. Listing copy rewritten for search and conversion. Photo descriptions written, which most listings leave empty. Pricing rebuilt around Nashville demand, events, and your minimum-stay rules.
