## What to Expect From Your Call

15 minutes with Steve, free and with no obligation. We'll look at your home together and tell you honestly whether we'd take it on.

### Your home

Your neighborhood, bedroom count, and amenities, and how your listing shows up to a guest searching Nashville.

### A revenue range

A revenue range for your home from what similar Nashville homes earned last year, and the assumptions behind it.

### Next steps

What we'd change first, our fee for your home, and how switching works if you decide to go ahead.
